Because each EverlastingCandle is custom-made and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

We take great care in creating every candle, and personalization details are confirmed at the time of purchase. For this reason, all personalized orders are considered final sale.

Damages, Errors, or Issues

Your satisfaction truly matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
